Cell wall staining: Giant 50-100 microns filamentous rods and compact coils

Cell wall staining of Giant approximately 100 microns long filamentous rods and ladder/compact coils by Chance`s method, along with positive control of E.coli, Yeast and general bacteria.

Arrows indicate the colourless to light pinkish cytoplasm inside a dark pinkish boundary(cell wall).
